Includes all aspects of the day to day business affairs of your condominium corporation with full reporting to the board of directors.

Core Service

An e-based application with a personal touch allowing for a “Hands-on Service” with a very competitive cost of delivery. This service includes bookkeeping and is ideally suited for small to mid-size properties where on-site presence is not required or larger properties where an involved board or resident manager is in place.

Core Service will ensure that your corporation is in compliance with the administration of its powers and duties legislated by the CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY ACT with the exception of Sec.37, the maintenance of common property (building maintenance) and enforcement of its bylaws.

Bookkeeping

Full cycle maintenance of operating and reserve fund accounts, including arrears follow-up in compliance with the CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY ACT.
